Come join us this Saturday, January 7th at 7:30 am for our next FREE, one-hour fitness session where we’ll educate, encourage, and get you started on the road to physical fitness. Using simple tools and a supportive environment, we’ll take you through a functional workout designed to increase your strength, endurance, and mobility while priming your body to burn some of those excess holiday calories.
